EHDD Architects project completed with Project Manager Tom Heffernan, 2000

EHDD was chosen to compete in a modified design/build competition for a new lab building at UC Irvine. The project was designed to define one corner of a public square. These boards are two of the twelve presented in the final competition entry.

EHDD had designed another lab building at UC Irvine a few years earlier called Sprague Hall. Hewitt Hall was intended to be the next Research Laboratory in their campus expansion.

Tom Heffernan and I worked with EHDD Principal Charles Davis to develop a design proposal that would address the Campus Master Plan effectively.

I was integrally involved in creating all drawings and renderings.
